Voluntary Action:
Can be controlled by us. Example are writing, singing, dancing and walking

PATHWAY: Receptor – ->Spinal Cord –> Cerebrum –> Spinal Cord –> Effector

Involuntary Action:
It’s actions tae place automatically without the conscious of our mind. Example Heart Beat, digestion of food
