Thyroid gland
Producte thyroxine. Contorl metabolic rate

Adrenal Gland
Secretes Adrenaline to increase heartbeat, breathing, blood pressure and blood glucose

Pancreas
Produce Insulin to control glucose level

Testis
Produce testerone which control male sex organs and secondary sexual characteristics

Ovary
Produce Oestrogen and Progestrone which control female sex organ and secondary sexual characteristics

Pituitary Gland
The pituitary hormones help control some of the following body processes:

• Growth
• Blood pressure
• Some aspects of pregnancy and childbirth including stimulation of uterine contractions during childbirth
• Breast milk production
• Sex organ functions in both men and women
• Thyroid gland function
• The conversion of food into energy (metabolism)
• Water and osmolarity regulation in the body
• Secretes ADH (antidiuretic hormone) to control the absorption of water into the kidneys
• Temperature regulation
